Enterprise Motor Group Manukau

Wasn't impressed with my experience here. They don't let you test drive their vehicles, unless you get your finance approved through them. The Manager came off pushy with Enterprise's goal of being a 'one stop shop' - finance to be done with them and you drive away with your vehicle the same day. Unfortunately, one box does not fit all and this is a pathetic sales tactic.Due to being thrown off by their approach, I took my sale elsewhere and settled on a vehicle with Ingham Nissan. They were more accommodating and took me more seriously than the Manager at EMG.Appreciative of Sachin's communication in the build up of viewing the vehicle (who phoned while on holiday). Only to go nowhere when I arrived at the branch.

Very disappointed after travelling half an hour to view a vehicle that was listed on trade me and when we got there they said its gone. They should have unlisted from the add.

Jerry and his team were very helpful. Made sure we weren’t biting off more than we could chew and very appreciative of that. We walked in and walked out with a car!

Called up helping someone about the need for autosure sold with a car. Steven told me in no short words I was a horrible person and kept over-talking. Certainly not a professional outlook for this business. Using hard sell tactics. I thought the car industry had been cleaned up of this bad behavior.Certainly wouldnt recommend going here to buy your next car.

The Manager is very pushy with making a sale and will not let you test drive a vehicle unless you have been approved for finance!The Manager kept saying it’s company policy.Took my sale elsewhere to a well known and organised company and sale was made! Test drove the vehicle with no questions before getting approved for finance.

Went looking for a car after the floodings in Auck. Awesome service from JERRY and JUNIOR made the whole experience a breeze. Very professional, informative and friendly. Walked away feeling satisfied with my purchase from them and will definitely recommend to others.

Very high recommended for getting a new car from them have told everyone as they are all loving my wicked cool fun RVR 2010 Roar I will be back soon for another car.CheersAJ
