What a lovely team! The receptionist and the lady who removed my ear wax were both extremely polite and friendly and it was the most gentle ear wax removal I've ever had! I couldn't recommend Virtue Ear Care more highly!

My daughter had been scratching her ears and felt something's blocked and so we've decided to try Virtue care.So easy to book an appointment through their website. Their staff are accommodating. The vibe of the place is also welcoming!So thankful how Ruth handled my over dramatic kid (which by the way, did not cry while the procedure was ongoing!) Ruth ended up suctioning both ears with cerumen! And my daughter felt so much better afterwards.Amazing place, budget friendly. Will. highly recommend! -Journal of Jai

Excellent service. Staff are great and tell you exactly what is happening . Staff are very friendly. The online appointment system , for those using it, is easy to use and sends confirmations/ reminders. A highly recommended small local business. Support locals I say!

Such a wonderful and exceptional service. My 1 year old granddaughter was flying back to Christchurch the next day when the appointment was made. They made room for her to be seen as she was in discomfort. The immediate change in her once both ears were cleared lifted the burden. The clinic made space for the elder sister to be seen too as my daughter was so impressed. As a family business they are genuinely caring health practitioners. You'll be so glad you chose them too.

First time visit, found the service excellent, made to feel at ease by both the receptionist and the specialist in attendance.I arrived at the clinic on the advice of my grand daughter after she received the same welcome previously .
