Great frozen yogurt as it is the only place in Christchurch. Extremely concerned about the health and safety measures about the toppings. No lids or covers to keep insects away, no nothing. Wouldn't recommend getting dry, hard and unsafe toppings. Frozen yogurt seems safe.

Opening hours state 12… showed up at 1:30 and closed. Called the store at 2pm and man said they had been open since 12 when we said they haven’t been apparently someone must have been late. Got here and he’s the only one here? After seeing previous reviews looks like it’s a common occurrence. Very disappointing and bad for business.

I'm mean it's frozen Gelato. You can any choice of 6 flavours. Great after dinner desert. Awesome server. Good price. IT IS OPEN THURSDAYS. Would definitely be going back again

Perfect location right on the corner. And great opening hours! These guys were still serving customers at 10pm the day I went in. Gentle, respectful owners. Easy to get the ice cream I wanted. Plenty of topping choices. Clean and well lit. There's an upstairs area with plenty of tables and seating looking down onto the street. Cool! This is a great place to stop and enjoy some icecream with a friend.

Went there recently twice, not open even if it's during their business hours. Once went there, there's note saying 'will be back soon'. Then we waited with a few other groups. A delivery person came and called them, was told will be at least another hour. So that is how they treat their customers. If customer didn't know there would be one hour waiting, we would have wasted our time there and got furious for the waiting. So for their understanding, at least one hour waiting means back 'soon'.

It's dated and expensive. Not much choice for flavours of soft serve, and the toppings are disappointing, mainly lollies. Chocolate flavour was yuck. The seating area is dirty and dated. It was also quite hot, air-conditioning seems to not be working well.We will not be back. Sad, because it is a good idea for a business, juste executed very poorly.

Not accepting the vouchers which we had which gave a 2 for 1 deal is not good enough. The kids were so looking forward to going there as a treat but we couldn't even use the voucher we had because they don't accept them. If you don't accept them, don't give them out!!

Never open when they say they are, tried to comment this on a Facebook post twice which was then deleted, asked why my comment was being deleted then they blocked me!!!! Very poor business practice when I'm a customer just asking a genuine reason why they where closed when they clearly stated they were open all Easter weekend. Bad customer relations Soyo!!
