We tell them 2 weeks before to make a locket for our anniversry and they said we will make it in week and send you bill but 2 weeks gone nothing we got. Even they are not replying to messages on whatsaap. Just seeing messages. What a cheap service..

Beware when taking your gold to make something from Sparkles Jewellers. I took my bangles which I bought from their shop a month prior and it was breaking so I went to them to make it into solid bangle. They said they will make it into solid bangles. They said to me that if I have some gold they would add it to my bangles. I took them two gold bangles weight 24 grams and a pair of earrings and some 9 carat gold chains. They said the dollar value for my bangles were $550 and earrings were $450. They ended up giving me bangles weight 39.56 grams. They said the charge to make my bangles was $300. After two months of negotiations they gave me my bangles and $230 cash.What a rip off Sparkled Jewellers. I can go to court but he wrote on the docket that they will make me only 39 grams of bangles. It is sad and my loss but I am warning you to be careful when dealing with Sparkles Jewellers.

Met with a middle age lady on Saturday evening. Very disappointed with sparkles . I was gifted a gold chain by my aunt on Saturday morning from a different jewelry store. I have 6 chains , so didn't want one but gracely accepted thinking I will trade in or sell it and put more money and will buy a pendant.I approached sparkles for the 1st time ever . Showed her the recipet etc and she offered mid $500 for the chain , that was bought same morning for $950.Checked with 2 different jewelers next door snd both offered over $700 which I was happy with and bought what I wanted.Sparkle were being greedy, Thank God I didn't buy anything from them otherwise I would have regreted. This is not the jewelers you would have an ongoing business with .

Very bad service i asked for name pendent with two hooks but made wrong nd unclear Cant even read at first sight… No customer valueNo time valueon the pick up day they said we will make it right then i didn’t have time to wait as i have to fly for overseas.Not recommend

I am from wellington region & I checked this shop online & contacted them for gold bangle, I had no reference & never met this person however he delivered it in wellington in 2 days without any charges. I wired money in advance & it was worth risk. I am not sure about gold quality because it was for first time for me. I am sure its good also , when I will trade it again then I will see to raise my review to 5 stars.

I bought gold from Sparkles Jewellers. Communication and customer service of Navneet are brilliant.Note- they deliver the product to Wellington and t bought via video call. They showed me all the product and which helped me a lot to decide.Thanks to Sparkles Jewellers.

They said $1500 gst n labour cost for 22cts 1 item I feel like they take advantage of people who don’t keep up with the market prices.
