Absolutly amazing. My poor daughter was caught out by having her tyre destroyed from a pothole late last night. She was on her own and so upset. When I contacted this company, I got nothing short of a high professional level of support and generosity. I am so thankful that they could help my girl.

Billy responds quickly. I requested a quote at approx 8 - 9 pm expecting no reply until the following day. To my surprise i received a reply within the hour.My 6.5 mtr long motorhome was transported by Triple one towing , from Rotorua to Mt Maunganui for a fair price.He turned up on the day he said he would , and informed me he was running late on his estimated pick up time. (which is a rare these days ).My motorhome was safely delivered half an hour before closing time at the repairers premises..which was a bonus.He also sent a photo of it after he had delivered it.Really grateful and thankful for Triple one towing getting it sorted for me.

After phoning Billy at TripleOne he arranged to have my vehicle towed to my home address. Within 2 hours the vehicle was tucked up in my garage. Sidney the driver was extremely professional and ensured that the offload was conducted without fault.Very happy with the quoted and actual price, and would definitely recommend and will use TripleOne again.

We had just arrived in Rotorua for the summer holidays only to find some serious car tyre issues. Billy was great and arranged a tow to the local tyre shop first thing in the morning, and on New Year’s Eve. Fast and friendly service, and great rates - thank you!!

An affordable and efficient towing service. My wifes car broke down at Okere Falls and Billy was onto the job within an hour of me notifying him. Car was delivered to the auto sparky without hassle or fuss. I would highly recommend this service.

Our car was broken into while we were traveling in New Zealand and we were on the last night of our accommodation. On top of this, our rental company were too busy to help with our breakdown so we needed to arrange the towing ourselves. Triple One we're able to sort out a car towing from Rotorua to Auckland that night. The service was above and beyond what we had expected, they were lovely people and a family run business. The situation we were left in was incredibly stressful and they made everything easy. If you're looking for any towing and transit I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

Fast & efficient - my young fullas car wouldn't start after dining with mates late night Friday and he had to leave his car stranded in town, within half hour after ringing in the morning my boys car was home.
