We were left waiting at the end of the train platform for 25 mins before someone came out to tell us that this company's pick-ups were now done from the Hertz counter inside the terminal. It would be so easy to send an email containing this information or for the guy that came and got us to do it just after the train arrived. Slack!

Ace Rental Cars Greymouth
The station at Graymouth is just a little hectic when the train arrives but we found the Ace desk was free and the assistants helpful, friendly and professional. The pick up was fast and efficient and we went outside to collect the car. It became a bit tricky then as the car was not where we were told and the colour was not as described. On our way back to the desk we noticed the car by its reg plate, parked right outside the station. All was fine from that point on, and our delay was short.
