Such a let down from your lack of customer service from some staff. Was approached by younger staff member who tried to help then went to ask his 'Manager' - who then approached with ZERO customer service. Sorry if you were having a bad day, but service is your job!

Outstanding help from Jamie! We have visited about eight stores looking for the right pair of shoes and most of the time the staff ignore us. Not here! Jamie went above and beyond advising us on suitable styles and taking so much of his time to go back and foward selecting different styles and sizes we asked for. He showed fantastic knowledge about appropriate sizing, different brands, styles for different contexts (streetwear vs sportswear etc). With Jamie's guidance we ended up buying two pairs and when we had come in thinking we would be lucky to find even one. Stirling Sports is lucky to have Jamie

Once again customer service is a let down. So many staff on the floor and yet they just chat with one another. None of them actually care about making a sale. I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere. Would give them a zero if I could.

I was looking for a pair of gym shoes and the manager knew straight away what I wanted and got me the perfect options. He got me sizes while explaining to me everything about the shoe that makes it worth the price and the difference between options. Really helped me get a good understanding of what I was buying and made the whole experience easy for me. I am really pleased with my purchase. Thank you.
