I've always been a fan of Foot Locker, and this location definitely did not disappoint! The store was clean and well-organized, and the selection of sneakers and athletic wear was impressive. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my workout. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I appreciated the range of payment options available. Overall, a great experience at Foot Locker and I'll definitely be back!Appreciate the great work from Mike and his team!

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful awful customer service. False advertising, lying saying our order was going to be shipped and then they just decided to cancel it. Don’t waste your time buying from them. Seriously not worth it. The customer service don’t help, and just offer blanket responses.

Was not impressed with my online order packed by this store. Got some shoes I paid 270 and recieved another pair I didn't order value 199. Shoes have no tags box was damaged and can't get a refund. Shoes look worn and complaint has been shown in Auckland stores. Which thank you again Auckland for sorting out a muppets job. Couldn't call them you don't deserve any rating for this store.

I allways thought that this place ess super pricey - WRONG AGAIN.Huge stock, fairly priced and caring knowledgable staff PLUS you can actually try the shoes on. No more shoes from the internet for me!!

I’d been searching for some shoes for our little boy over the past couple of weeks , we’re getting married in 4 days time……I was greeted by the nicest guy (Mo) upon entering the store ……Gee he was personable! Very genuine. Sorted me out with some awesome Polo kicks for the wee man & found the whole experience to be 10/10. Keep this man on!! Needs a pay rise. Cheers

I was served by Shahd K. On Thursday and she was absolutely awesome. She gave me amazing service and was genuinely very helpful, polite and had good product knowledge. And I am very happy with my purchase. I also had 3 other staff members approached me to make sure I was being looked after. So over all I had a really good experience at foot locker. Thank you.

Be careful of their false advertised sticker prices inside the shoes or online. When we have gone to pay and were told we had to pay $50 more (full price) as the stickers in shoes were from a previous sale. When your kids have already chosen a shoe at the advertised price it’s pretty hard to say no. As you can see in other Google and Facebook reviews this happens regularly. Very average experience and poor management.
