Glenn WellsHad a really disappointing experience with Mr. Glenn wells from Ray White northwest. We found him very unprofessional and not helpful at all. As per our experience he is partial, high headed and know it all kinda guy who would treat you like a second class citizen every step of the way. He was always grumpy and seemed to have a problem with everyone involved in the process. Buying your first home is hard in itself and you need some one who understands this and is willing to help. He was the exact opposite unfortunately. We understand that he was on the vendor’s side but that does not give him the right to be disrespectful and rude. We had trouble at each and every step starting from the building report to the pre-inspection. Thus, making it the most unpleasant experience. We found him very arrogant and non accommodating. It was the end of our patience when we kindly asked about all the stuff that was placed against the wall making it impossible to check for any possible damages on the wall or take measurements at the time of our pre inspection. He was rude and said that he’s not going to move any of the stuff and if we want to move it then we can but if there are any damages then we will have to pay for them. Nobody asked him to move the stuff in the first place, instead it was just a question that how are we supposed to do this because that didn’t seem to be fair. He was clearly breaching the code of conduct by not making the place fit for the pre-inspection. Then he tried to accuse us of demanding a second pre-inspection which we never did. What a childish behaviour from a ‘so called professional’. He wouldn’t let us check the power points because he had a problem with turning off the vendor’s ‘gear’. First home buyers should stay away from agents like him because they have the capacity to turn the most exciting experience into a bitter one.

Ronald Hachache always goes the extra mile for his clients. He will hold your hand through the entire process of selling and buying properties. He is always current with his knowledge as has never directed me wrong in the market. He’s kind, genuine and is by far my most preferred agent in the property market. Having him in your corner will be an investment to your future!

Joe Steel was fantastic to deal with and did everything he said he would do. The amount of effort he put into selling our house was great. We highly recommend him.
