Competitive prices and friendly customer service. Never had any issues and can sort out most things through their website. I’ve always ordered LPG bottles through their website! Never seen such a seamless process. Keep it up guys!

We have been with pulse energy for over 12 months contract ...soon as we joined they kept putting price up on power ....So we decided to change to much cheaper provider and then they charged early termination fee ( you have to give 30 days notice to change ) no way !!!Don't go with this company

Just had a guy door knocking in South Auckland, claiming to offer an additional credit to our power bill. When asked if I had to change providers or sign up he assured me no. I asked if this was part of the Vector dividend and he lied again. Really poor form misleading people. DONT SIGN UP WITH THESE SHARKS

I just had a Pulse Energy salesman at my door, he nearly had me sold hook, line and sinker and was ready to do the credit check process. Then I said what about the daily connection fee, he proceeded to argue that his connection fee was cheaper (I’ve worked it out and it’s not). He started raising his voice at me and over me while rounding up my current connection fees! I warned him once that I felt he was raising his voice at me and suggested he lower it. He continued, so I told him no you’re still raising your voice at me and explained he needs to be more aware of how he speaks to women as he just lost a sale. So glad I didn’t sign up. If that’s how their sales team treats a potential customer I can only imagine how they treat you once you’re locked into a contract. Crazy thing is I’ve got two massive dogs that were behind the front door and he had no self awareness to make sure to not be threatening

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY.I have experienced issues since February 2022 with my internet and after a whole year until February 2023 they still did not send a technician out to the property to resolve the issue.Every time I would call the company I would be on hold for 2+ hours and every time I would email they would get back to me 2-3 days later.Every time I would receive a response from a different team member and they had no record of the last conversation or anything that was going on. This went on for a whole year, I would receive responses like “I can see your internet is working fine”, after months of emailing trying to get the internet fixed.Once I went without internet for 7 days after they reset the connection and the only reason it was fixed was because a friend of mine came to fix it.After one whole year I finally ended my account with them, I was told I had to give 30 days notice or they would charge a termination fee. I gave 30 days notice and they still charged me the termination fee.They just emailed and said your final invoice is $390 and you are being charged penalties of $1.15 per day for everyday you are late. They refused to send me a final invoice for the amount and said it was not possible as I had closed my account with them.After sending over 30 emails over the course of 4 weeks I was finally given a breakdown of the charges – all I asked for was to be told what the fees were before I paid.Please do yourself a favour and never ever use this company, they should not even be allowed to operate.I have wasted hours and hours of my time dealing with this and its just unacceptable.There was one person at the company who finally helped me get my final bill and her name was Risa, other than that every person I emailed or talked to especially a staff member called Georgina were the most incompetent and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with.

DON'T SIGN UP PEOPLE! They locked us into a 12 month contract on great rates, then once we were locked in, they increased the rates straight away making our bills over $140 more per month!!!!! Customer service didn't want to know about it. Then threaten me with an $150 fee if I choose to leave. Their prices are through the roof. Zero stars!

I have been with Pulse, apart from one year between properties, since their first year of operation. Coped with their teething trouble with billing in the first year but have had no issues with them at all since then.Due to a change in circumstance I have had to change provider.I had an issue with our final account but upon contacting the company it was quickly resolved.I can give Pulse Energy my unreserved recommendation.

Useless company since signing up I'm not receiving the correct WiFi that i should be have been arguing with them for months about it have given up on that for now.But they are now sending me 2 (yes I said 2) bills a month one for the power and then I get a second one for the internet and then they add another month worth of power fees in as well so I am now being charged power twice as well as the one internet charge. I am a single person living alone being charged over $300 dollars a month on power and internet. But am stuck in a contract don't know what to do.

Zero stars, so many issues. Be aware that none of their systems work correctly. Billed for 32 days in March, also billed during city-wide power outage during the cyclone clean-up. Every other provider waived fees and gave out credit. Not Pulse, they belittle your request to waive daily charges and then CEO sends out emails praising themselves on 'lending a hand' in these tough times. Not to mention their 30-day switching notice policy, draconic company. Not to mention their credit card portal (linked in their invoice) doesn't exist, so good luck making a payment over long weekends.
