Mat came out to an emergency call from me on a Saturday. It was windy, rainy and a challenging job to be doing outside. Mat would not leave until he located the problem and left me with hot water. It was a difficult job made more so by the weather and location. Mat was a total professional with top quality work. He arrived promptly when he said he would and his rates were fair and transparent with no hidden extras. He went above and beyond for me and followed up in the days after - checking everything was working as it should be. I cannot recommend him highly enough - an excellent tradesman who certainly knows his stuff as well as a great guy to chat to while he works!
