Sorry but this is the way i have felt so i got a parcel arrived with Toll five days, it has shown on the website its outta for delivery but for five days it hasnt delivered to my house.So i ended up to go there and grab my own parcel i went to the toll office at 12pm. The officer was not happy at all and said its her lunch time and people coming in.She had no idea how frustrated i was waiting for 5 days delivery.So the parcel was just at the office , i picked up straight away.

NO STARS AT ALL would be my choice. 30 Jan to 18 Feb and still no delivery. I can't even find out if it's still in Mangere or has got to Palmerston North because they won't answer the phone. Absolutely hopeless!

I have been waiting on some clothes I brought for my granddaughter .only to find out apparently they were delivered on the 21st of May .well not to my address and it's not the first time toll has delivered to a wrong address. Disgusting

Terrible service. They broke the goods I sent (bubble wrapped so they must have been very rough) and refused to take responsibility. I refunded my client at $1200 - my cost. I even had to pay Toll for the freight charge!

Absolutely shocking service. I have been waiting for something since the 2nd and still have not received it. It took me to call and they didnt even apologize. Apparently they ran out of tickets to continue my delivery and werent even able to give me a rough delivery date. Disgusted

Was following my package through the package tracker on the website.It had come up as delivered, but it wasn't physically at the doorstep.The particular address is a bit confusing, so I thought I'd get in touch to confirm where it was delivered.I had a friendly phone call with the Toll service desk operator.The woman took my details and passed on a message to the local team.30 minutes later I had a call back from the Wellington manager who had been in touch with the driver. He had a few questions, then called me back 10 minutes later to let me know the delivery driver was heading back out to ensure the package arrived safely.It was my parents' place, and my dad was able to meet the driver on the street. Turns out the package had been delivered a few doors down the street (which is an easy mistake to make in this case).Things like this happen, but it's the putting right that makes the difference. Been wondering where the hell my parcel was for a whole week. Rung Toll as the tracking said delivered and signature was not ours. The ladys name is Jacky and she left it in the bush by our garage! Which we couldnt see $110 worth of clothes sitting in the rain for a whole week! Signed it for us and left it there! Who the hell does that! I have pictures and will be putting a complaint in. Very helpful man on the phone that got to the bottom of it!Palmerston North

Terrible service - don't use them. First parcel got lost and they tried to contact driver who never got back to them (call center was helpful), that was ten days ago. Second parcel that had to be sent stuck hasn't arrived - 7 days from order so far. Notes say he came to our place today but took it back to depot. We were here, our car was in the driveway. Grrr!
