Highland House Boutique Hotel
Poor customer service, Arnold (manager) was threatening to revoke hotel credit over the phone based off my attitude, considering we had just lost our flights to the city due to the cyclone (something out of our control), not sure what kind of attitude he was expecting after losing so much money.Very unprofessional service and way of dealing with a customer that’s just thrown money at the front door.Keep your credit mate.Cheers

Ideal accommodation in the North end of the city. Beautiful room with high ceilings and period features. Spotlessly clean and warm with all of the necessities have been provided. Friendly helpful host. Will be sure to stay again in the future.

We feel really confused with the heater in this hotel which can only work for one hour then turned off automatically! Freezing cold in the night, have to turn on it again and again!! Excepted this, the location and lay out are good, the staff was very helpful. Won't be here again in winter definitely.. maybe a summer stay can be better though..

Highland House Boutique Hotel
We stayed here last week,thankfully level 2 arrived.The room was spotlessly clean and warm,bed lovely and comfortable.The owner was very friendly and obliging.Great location ,an easy walk into city one way and botanical gardens in other.Fantastic restuarant Budda stix only 5 minutewalk away.Would definitely stay if coming back to Dunedin again

Very quaint and quiet atmosphere. Great value for such a great location, spotlessly clean room, comfy bed, satisfying shower and bath, friendly and helpful owner! It’s nice and warm during a winter stay. Will recommend friends to visit any time☺️

Highland House Boutique Hotel
We recently stayed in a family suite. The room was perfect, it had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable. It was also the ideal location for us, as we could easily walk to the local supermarket, pharmacy and the botanic gardens. Having a car park right outside was great. We also spent a whole day walking all around the town centre, so Highland house was in the perfect location to do this.Thanks for a great stay

Value for money, but poor carpark & no air-conditioning or fans. Nicely renovated.Recommend to floor as on bottom you here people above
