Mr Nick Lilic - ENT Surgeon

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Nick Lilic and his team!They were able to arrange an ad hoc appointment due to a very urgent matter.Everybody was super polite and professional and I felt very welcome, despite stealing the teams lunch break.Nick is a fantastic doctor – He is calm in his approach and gave me a lot of confidence in everything he did.I did really value how well he explained his findings and conclusions to me. For me this was an extreme positive experience as it gave me the good feeling that he did really look into everything and did not rush to the next best or most common diagnosis – he did really look after me .I am glad I finally found my go-to ENT.

Very helpful and thorough, with excellent follow up. Ably supported by a super helpful and lovely reception and admin team. He got to the root of the problem pretty quickly, while clearly explaining what he was doing (and finding) during the investigative process. Was great to be able to see what was going on inside my nose and throat on a big screen. During the same appointment, he performed an effective procedure which sorted the issue. After the appointment, he followed up to ensure the issue was sorted. Now I have my hearing back in my right ear - thanks Doc!

Highly recommend Dr Nick Lilac and his ENT services. Getting an appointment was quick & they booked me for a CT prior to my consultation so he had an informed view of what was going on. Great to not have to waste cycles of appointments to diagnose. I had an operation performed by Dr Lilac to remedy my problem that was a success and I’m feeling so much better. Highly valuable as a one stop shop for any ENT issues.

Dr Lilic is a pleasure to deal with. He is very thorough with his diagnoses and accommodates consultations without a long wait period. He displayed a compassionate and empathetic bedside manner throughout my recent tonsillectomy procedure. I highly recommend him in his area of expertise.

I recently had thyroid surgery performed by Nick Lilic , and the whole experience from initial consultation to post surgery follow up was seamless. If you need an ENT appt, get yourself to Nick asap! Nick did a brilliant job explaining what was going on, in language I could understand (not medical speak) and talked me through the options available.Nick was very caring & empathetic during consult and has a lovely style to his work. Nick was one of a team of two surgeons that removed a tumour on my soft palate and reconstructed the roof of my mouth using a free flap and artery from my forearm. Nick was wonderful to deal with through the process, very caring and considerate, answering all my questions in a clear and concise way. The follow up was great both in the hospital and after my release.My results at 8 weeks post surgery are better than I expected it to be. I feel very grateful for the high standard of surgical skill and care that I received. Thanks Nick!
