Lovely lady at the reception. Had everything we needed in the room, a cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, but it was a bed for us to sleep in. The van service was great, took you to the public hospital, and was doing regular trips there and back

The fantastic staff at the Cancer Society could not do anything better. It is amazing the support and compassion that is offered in such a time of need. Without organisations like this the New Zealand health system and its support would be a dismal place. My wife an I cannot thank them enough.

Staff were very welcoming, and helpful, re shuttle service to the hospital. Accommodation was really nice and had comfortable beds. My friend enjoyed being able to have a bath. Unit was nice and clean.

Lovely people, serviced rooms, great facilities but unfortunately bed a bit uncomfortable. However did get used to it in the end.
