Wild South Queenstown

I am totally impressed with Wild South management I brought a merino jersey washed it by hand twice it was size 14 ended up size 6 , I took it back and they sent it away -then rang me and said i could have a credit - Good on you Wild South standing behind your product. I am local and will support the shop again. Thank you.

My wife selected a pair of trousers and a sweater. Being disabled and in a wheelchair she did not want to try the trousers on in the shop. Discussed with the sales staff and agreed we would buy two pairs of trousers in two sizes, try on at home and return one pair. We were willing to pay for both, but on check out we told that company policy would not allow a refund but would only grant an in store credit for future use. At the same time we saw two signs at the counter advising a surcharge of 3% for credit cards. No Paywave. Upon questioning that we were told the boss said no Paywave because it would cost them $2000 per year. This business is so concerned about bottom line they have forgotten about customer service. We did not buy the sweater or the trousers. We have bought some trousers elsewhere. We won’t go back to Wild South ever.

Not as wild as I thought.
