Excellent range and gorgeous plants

Purchased 2 chatam island Nikua palms from this lady. Getting them was a slow process. Advertised they were in stock on face book and market place. Yet they wernt. The communication was very slow indeed . I percervieved as I really wanted them. To put on pots on deck . Eventually I got then all be it around 2 wks later The transporter was her excuse for not having them. I planted as guided by seller. Within a week one had almost completely died off and the other not to healthy looking but alive . Having contacted other garden centre's due to the sellers response time it would appear they have gall mites transfered from host plant. Sadly they won't last much longer. I contacted seller who stated she dosnt replace or refund as plants are kept out side and environment out with her control . She is a small business with nursery ....so that's confused me. She has since asked me to return in original pots in original condition and she will refund . I explained they had been planted the old pots were gone and I had sent pictures of dead plant. Getting no were with her other than her been rude and unhelpful . Now going to fair trade act to get a resolution. She is probably ok to deal with as long as you don't have an issue . I would avoid at all costs very unhelpful....
