My fiancé and I went into Michael Hill a few weeks ago to look at wedding rings and we were served by Chris. Chris was amazing and was so very patient and knowledgeable. We weren’t ready to commit that weekend to buying one but went back this weekend to see him and walked away with my forever wedding ring. He is such a pleasure to deal with and has so much time for his customers. Best service I’ve had at Michael Hill and we will be sure to go back to see him when we purchase my fiancé’s wedding ring this time. Cheers Chris

Purchased a few items recently, we were given impeccable customer service from two different staff members, we weren't judged on our appearance (I own a tattoo studio) and we left with the perfect items.Thanks so much to the team for not presuming anything about us, and for putting the extra time and effort in making sure we purchased the right items.A+++

My sister had gone there to have a look around and gets asked from one of the ladies working there for her occupation to apparently see what would be best in her price range . So rude to ask someone based off their appearance. You should never ask/judge someone what they do for a living. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Was scared to walk in here again, and sure enough I had a pushy saleswoman trying to close me on a ring before I'd even seen the whole selection. I've been in sales for many years and it's disappointing to see that they haven't figured out this isn't the best way to run a business anymore. Need to catch up with the times. Good service wins every time, which is why I bought from another store with better service.

I had the most uncomfortable experience this week trying on their products for making a decision for purchase, trying to find one that I love and suits me; For the 1st time ever in my experience with dealing with MH in the past 20years, they asked me for my ID twice and walks off with it, what the .... was she doing with it!!!! I was treated like I was a crook.!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life, I just wanted my ID back and to get out of there.Never again am I going to Michael Hill Jewellers.Will definitely be going to their competitors from now on. Thanks MH you have just lost a valuable customer!!!

Was charged extra for “extra protection” that I never asked for but did not realise until I made payment then when I asked for a refund their machine was not working and I was told I couldn’t get a a refund on that day and they will arrange it for the following week…if is now the following week and have not heard from this team since..
