I gotta admit that case worker that starts with the letter ( I) is a real pain is purposly difficult and is just unsympathetic towards anyone who is having a hard time i understand some beneficaries can be lethargic but quite a lot want out and would take it at first oppurtunity because dealing with this arcahic goverment agency stuck in 1965 is mentally straining combined with dealing with an unsympathetic sellout public who should be supporting humans rather than being mean makes dealing with winz a must avoid expirience
