Great service,Shannon at the office was very helpful and the delivery person was friendly and helpful also.I'd be happy to deal with them again.

Most useless courier company ever..2 days still nothing used trackntrace had palmed of to nz post for delivery then given back to pbt...then a phone call wanting address...googlemapped my street name for new Plymouth..and you'd never guess..its the only one... will be asking companies in future to send my parcels by nz courier as there fast and efficient...no wonder it was free delivery upon purchase....you get what you pay for..........now 4 days to deliver 5.6 klms....worst service ever

Ghastly service - rude arrogant and will never use again.The product took 5 days to arrive because the truck driver had no man power and because we live outside the main area, they were threatening to just dump the product off at a RD depot because no one could help them unload the goods (each package of 20 being 20kg) and we paid substantially for the freight service. Get it together PBT get your drivers to learn some good customer service skills for starters.

Ok so it took only two nights for my mower to get from Christchurch up to New Plymouth. Which was great but then it sat in the New Plymouth branch from Wednesday on. When I rang them on Friday after looking at track n trace, they told me they would be doing a run to Waitara on Monday so I would receive it between 10 and 1pm... didn't arrive!. phoned. Went through to main call centre. He emailed them and then I had to wait. So I decided to drive the actual 9 km to their depot (10 min down road) to find out. Very relaxed in there. Oh yes it's out the back. I was lucky to be able to fit in the van and take it the 9 km home...very lazy and poor service on the New Plymouth branch... disappointing guys.

Good service from South island. Another company used prior took 16 days to deliver.

Prompt service couldn't fault them in any way.

Sent a parcel Tuesday It left New Plymouth And did not arrive in Featherston till the following week. It got sent back from Palmerston North and then arrived back in Palmy Friday and still couldn’t get from there to Featherston until Tuesday. If you want something delivered don’t rely on these guys. Over night courier this is not.

Item has been with the driver since the 23rd, could not deliver due to time constraints, 4 days later, same excuse.Poor service. Should’ve been a priority after this much time and first use of excuse.
