Asked for advice and a quote on a drainage problem on our property. Operative arrived on time. As I had to take him inside to explain aspects of the problem I asked him to don a mask, but he refused to, so he left. I rang the office and left a message asking to be contacted but have heard nothing. Not very professional and not customer-focussed.

Sharp Plumbing Services are amazing to deal with. We phoned them up with a leaking water pipe. They arrived on time. The plumber was courteous and friendly, and he tidied up after himself when the job was done. We were also pleasantly surprised when we received the bill. I highly recommend Rod and his his team.

World Class service. Prompt , honest and reliable. We emailed our issue on a Sunday night. Problem was fixed by midday Monday. We`ve used Sharp Plumbing twice and are really happy with them. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend these guys. So professional and friendly from the get go. Sharp Plumbing Services successfully unblocked two drains for me using a hydro jetting tool within a 12 month window. Very thorough work and both jobs were done well.2-star rating is due to inconsistency in billing. First drain job cost $400 (not including after-hours call out fee). Second drain was simpler and cost $550 with no after hours call-out fee applied.When I asked about the increased price Sharp Plumbing Services was unable to justify it to me in a way that accounted for the $150 price increase. Not wanting it to become a headache I then offered a solution where I would promptly pay the bill in full if they just agreed that the extra cost was justified by the time saved. Surprisingly they wouldn't agree to that and instead threatened me with court action instead!Not worth the headache.

Used this company to fix another plumbers work quite a while ago now which caused a lot of damage. Thank you and to those who go by publicity stunts with a duck in the river like I did I would recommend sharp plumbing over a rubber duck any day! Thank you!

Blocked toilet and drain leakage at our business. Was in need of an urgent help so called this company and the owner responded personally.He inspected the whole venue and found out the problem fixed it and advice us on how best to keep on top of things.So grateful and highly recommend this business
