Great customer service. Young lass operator 383119 till 27 at 15:21 sorry no name on reciept or I would have acknowledged her. Very pretty long dark hair. This young girl was really customer focused. 10 out if 10 to her.

Beautiful service from the phone to in store - would like to say Thank you to Marion from fragrance for making our shopping experience such a special treat - I’m due to have our last baby soon and we wanted to celebrate by treating ourselves to something special. She didn’t judge us (as many places have being Māori and dressed “casually”) she treated us so kindly and showed us some amazing deals. She is an asset to your store! Department store located in Queensgate mall , the only mall around Wellington.It has a wide collection of cosmetic and beauty products from big brands and I love that they have so many discounts and specials all year long.I also like the bedding and linen collections, as well as the kitchenware. Big electronic appliances are also available.They have various clothing collection as well and here, we can see some furniture. They have mid-range to luxurious collections and that can be pricey.I think I see some toys as well.The staff are very friendly and helpful, check out is smooth.The store disability friendly too and easy to navigate

We love to shop here where a number of our favourite shops are. Lots of parking but it can still be full at peak hours - especially on the weekends. Glad that the cinema is now up and running again. We watched 'Avatar: The Way of Water' here.

This is an excellent store. Sells basically everything people need for daily living and prices are competitive. So definitely worth a visit when needing something.
