Gabby was fantastic! Had to change my last name due to getting married, she asked to see a photo of our Star wars wedding (it wasnt busy at the time) - Amazing customer service, we forgot to sign something and she posted us the paperwork to fill out and send back (however we ended up coming in and signing them) but she went above and beyond when I had seen her. You are truly an asset to the company by taking time with your customers! May the force be with you always xx

Drive all the way there. 8 staff on. Still stand in a line that doesn’t move for 20 mins. Run out of time and leave. Same thing everytime I go, I don’t think I’ve made it to a teller yet.

They like charging me interest for 2.5 years but not to return calls, reply to emails or to help in any way! Never again!

Westpac bank needs update their online services and online information , all you need is the transactions from your bank accounts, but you just can’t download it from westpac one or their online banking, the instructions you searched from google , which is under their website help section , it doesn’t help at all. You actually have to go into their bank and request from counter, then it took 45 mins to get 6 accounts ‘ transactions .
