This guys need to be trained of how to treat customers. There are many other placws where we can get cakes woth good customer service and reasonable price.I went there today and the girl at the counter didnt like to ans question she was making her face while i was discussing with my sis in law the girl turned and went inside we kept waiting for her to come at the counter but she didnt than we rung the bell to get her to the counter she says its extra money if you want to write something om the cake.WORST EVER.Dont go there its just waste of time and currency.

This is one of the best cake makers in Auckland. And the owners are great people. I will support this business anyday as they also supply some of the biggest food chain stores here in Auckland. Well done guys.

Disappointed in the cake, didn't advise me that they couldn't do what I asked and got the name and colour wrong, literally just put butter cream on their originals cakes which already had white icing,I could have purchased from supermarket and done that if I knew they couldn't cater some simple request

Their 9 black forest gateau cake is out of this world amazing. Cream on top (frosting/ icing) will melt in your mouth. Cake layers are super moist

Horrible cake. Very unprofessional. Completely rip off. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They say that they can make the copy of a design and It turned out to be a disaster.

The velvet cake that I got from here yesterday was good and so was the customer service by the lady at the counter. But what I don't understand is why charge for writing on the cake.
