The electrician was good, the lady on the phone was also polite and friendly... It's a shame their administration/ billing system/ boss has let them down...I worked from home the day the work was done, so i know when the tradie arrived and left - I was charged 2.5 hours labour cost for 1 hour of work actually done... when i questioned the invoice the 'boss' tried to haggle and only reduced the labour by 0.5 hours, as if the extra time they charged was negotiable! ...I do not recommend Blackfox as i do not trust they keep track of labour hours correctly... and the unwillingness of the boss to rectify the issue...I rarely leave negative reviews, as a persons business is their livelihood - but i reached out to them first and gave them an opportunity to make it right and they failed.
