Got to hand it to The Brick house they never disappoint. Many occasions we have come here to enjoy good quality homely style meals and it's always worth it.From there $10 breakfast menu which is of course plentiful, to the lunch menu and then dinner.All very affordable prices in my opinion whether you wanting to do a function or enjoy a date night with a loved one. Grab a bite to eat with a friend or colleague they got ya covered there at the brickhouse.Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is lively even when it's a busy time of the day.Gorgeous style to the place and there's plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meals.Child friendly I celebrated my 30th here 3 years ago and had my niece and nephews and they let them play and enjoy themselves as well.There's the option of making a meal a half size because they are very big portions which is great, an entire kids menu as well.

A bit surprised at the recent changes here. Normally a tasty, well priced meal out, we were faced with a much more expensive experience with low quality meals. Out of the six dishes ordered we faced raw chicken, raw fish, the two roast meals had meat that was really fatty and a very bland shepards pie leaving one edible meal.The manager apologised for the two raw dishes, said the tables bill was covered and also offered replacement meals but unfortunately after being given raw chicken, no one was keen to finish their meal or have something different. We took up the offered free bowl of vege for our toddler but only because she hadn’t eaten her meal as was partially burnt and very bland. I wouldn’t have eaten it either.We won’t be returning unfortunately. The situation was dealt with well but just not a risk we are keen to take again.

Very disappointed, staff were friendly but struggled to take the order, lucky they read back before placing as they had missed a meal. Got drinks one of which had a fly in it.Kids hot dogs were only just warm. Chips were soggy and not seasoned, burgers were very basic for the price, relish on bottom slaw over crumbed chicken with melted cheese, nothing on the top slice of bread which was so big and dry hard to eat with the rest of the burger.

HORRIBLE, get new waitresses, need new management, food is not worth the price, had bones in my fish, never ever in my life had i had that before in a pan fried fish, steak was not cooked as requested, after their stuff up they still charged us for the full meal even though some of it was not edible, and the cook stood at the bar arguing with us infront of costumers about the steak, even after i told him i was a chef, drinks were average, will NEVER dine here again!! What is it with this generation chefs who don’t know how to cook a good steak!, JUST TERRIBLE!!

Great casual place for dinning. Staff were friendly and inviting. Ordered from counter and food was delivered to our table. Wait was minimal and good spacing between courses. Food was well presented with a home cooked feel. Fantastic flavors and well proportioned. Very well priced.

Excellent servicethe young apologised for a mistake that was not hers. Made a booking for 5 adults 2 children. While booking a table we ordered ahead as well. Definitely a wise decision. Everything was delicious. The flounder was huge so shared. Portions great. I loved my desert Doris plumb pie. Perfect amount of sweet and sour.

I have been lunching regularly at the Brick House for years. Wonderful food and staff. Last night we had a family dinner there for our 50th wedding anniversary. Our waitress was ok I suppose, a bit offhand, but did the job. The food was average to say the least. Remember I like the food and the environs. But the game was dropped last night. I was looking forward to my lambs fry, my favourite, always done perfectly at lunchtime. Last night the meat was hard as if it had been sitting for ages, the meal could have been warmer. The roast vegies and greens were not as nice or as abundant as I'm used to. Others reported problems with their dishes as well. A lack of flavouring.Lastly my wife asked for some water. A waitress arrived and grumpily placed a water bottle in front of my wife saying the glasses are over there" before storming off.Do you have different staff on at night? The place wasn't overly busy

We went here for lunch. I had the roast of the day, which was pork. It was great. Others in our group had scallops, chicken salad, chicken burger and cheese & bacon butty. Everyone was happy with their meals.The drinks pictured are pink panther and iced chocolate. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of our meals.

Have been going to the Brick House for years.Unfortunately we won't be back, we waited 20 minutes just to order drinks that didn't go through, we weren't prepared to wait all night for a meal order to be taken. Definitely not the Brick House of old, very disappointed with the level of service. I'm sure the food would have been nice but didn't have all night.
