The food & service my husband & I received was ok, however we visited Subway between 12pm & 1pm on a Saturday & most of the chairs were upside down on tables. Found a table where 2 out of the 4 chairs were in their normal position however I was quite saddened to see 2 elderly ladies have to try & get the chairs off the table to sit down at another table. I was waiting for a staff member to step in & help them but they didn't.

The Kaiapoi Subway is the absolute pits. Certainly the worst I have been to, and I’ve been to a lot. The amount of salad they include in their sandwiches and salads are abysmal. They also often get the order wrong when using Delivery Easy. Would strongly recommend that you use a different Subway store.

Called in on Jan 3rd and ordered 1 x foot long, 1 x 6 inch and a takeaway salad. Both the subs were made with stale bread and were really quite unenjoyable even though the fillings were nice. Come on Subway, you shouldn't be using the left over bread from the previous day when you promote freshness!

Last time I visited the store in June the subway toilet is out of order. Now it's October it's still out of order. I wonder where does the subway staff go to the toilet???

Ordered through the app, went in on the order expected time. No one was at the counter, they were both chatting in the back. The order wasn’t even ready and she said she would go and make it now. Got back in my car to eat it and it wasn’t even made to my order instructions. Absolutely ridiculous!

Overall a standard, high quality subway experience. There were only two employees on and there was a bit of a line so took longer than usual. The employee that served me seemed newish and a little stressed but overall everything was fine.

They were so kind today taking orders from our kids trough the glass. They staff were very patient with them. We were surprised to see them there on Easter Sunday as well

Contacted the branch straight after stuffing up an online order. They assured me it would be refunded. After about a week nothing had happened so I emailed in. They then asked me for transaction details etc which I happily provided. Since then I’ve sent 3-4 emails asking for an update. Still nothing. Very unprofessional and rude to ignore a customer especially when I was assured it would be refunded
