Great.The lady at the counter was very nice and she refilled my printers cartidge for half of the price of the originals. Very happy with the quality.

Up until today I had been a loyal customer of Cartridge World for approx. 18+ months and never had any issues.Today we went to refill our printer and found that 3 of the black cartridges they had sold us, 1 of the Cyan and 1 of the Magenta had been opened and were empty before they were delivered to us, very frustrating as the printer was open and I was completely out of ink.I called and spoke to the Manager, Dale, expecting them to apologise and run out some replacements so we could get back to work, instead she wanted to have a 16 minute conversation regarding the situation during which I explained they had to have been received like this because:- I personally handle the cartridges when they come in, putting them into stock and changing them out of the printer.- I open the plastic with my teeth and the ones we received had been neatly cut with scissors (I had examples of both and offered to go down there and show them).- That for 3 of the black cartridges to be like this would mean I would have to empty the printer and place the cartridges back neatly in their boxes and put them at the bottom of full cartridge stocks rather than on top, or in the recycling area we have completely separate, or in the bin, or anywhere that made sense.- I also pointed out that we were long term loyal customers who had never raised an issue before.After 16 minutes Dale couldn't make a decision (keep in mind we're talking about a very small sum here), implied from the beginning it must be our error (despite the above reasons) and had to talk to the owner before ringing off. In the meantime I had to waste time and money heading down to an actual stationery store to buy a cartridge urgently.Eventually Dale called back advising that they wouldn't replace or refund the stock! Shocked, I reiterated my points listed above and she advised that because we had had an order between the last time we'd ordered coloured cartridges it couldn't possibly be their mistake (which is over looking the fact that I often over order black and place the most recently received stock on top - where it is used first, so it is entirely possible the cartridges were received on a previous order together).I'm not usually a complainer and this is my first ever review of anything online to be honest (that I can remember) but the customer service and time wasting (over an hour all up) for such a trivial matter was ridiculous and infuriating, not to mention the fact that we've lost a couple of hundred bucks.As I said I had no problem before today, but if an issue comes up watch out because they've got your funds already they'll have no issue keeping them after selling you a defective product.Jeremy Harris
