Good, honest, old-fashioned service. I didn't realise what a pleasure buying a lawnmower could be. They explained the different mowers and their benefits. Their after sales service was amazing, even explaining where to buy the best fuel for my mower and the extra gifts were absolutely appreciated. If you're looking to buy, or just service, definitely go to Naismith and Jones.

Took my ride on in for repairs ( Blades not rotating), couple of days later all fixed charged $1300, All good. Half hour into mowing lawns blade’s stopped rotating again, back to the shop where they fixed it and wanted to charge another $850. Because I had already paid the $1300 I refused to pay again for the same job. He never argued back

Just Bought a new Masport Mower Staff were very helpfull and knowledgable , effeciant sales they filled and ran mower before they sold it to me explained fetures of mower and does and don't never had that from other places I have bought mowersa from great stuff Guys see you on the mowers first service, Mower went really well I have a 800 square metre section defenatly recomend them.

Probably the easiest sale they had last week but I really needed a lawn mower. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No issues with the machine purchased, all good. Genuine after care offered. Recommended.

Very easy to deal with! I made a web enquiry though their website and they got back to me very quickly...they gave me a few options...made a phone call to discuss further and they explained all the differences with base model and other types....made the purchase and was given a demo of how everything worked when I picked it up....all done and dusted within an hour! Great service thanks
