Great cafe! Food and coffee was fantastic. We had the brioche French toast and the RH big breakfast. Good cosy and clean environment with really friendly staff.

$4 for a cold pot of flowery-tasting tea and a snappy female barista that barked at me for asking if we could have some milk with our tea. YES

Second time I have been here and the eggs are absolutely discusting still have the clear stuff over the top of them when fried and when poched they are the same , think your cook needs to get some practise on cooking eggs probably.

So we have been in Greymouth for just two days, day one we had KFC and it was as always, consistently good. On day two we treated ourselves to a Robert Harris lunch of 3 cheese Macaroni .cheese served with crispy bacon, and a plate of Nachos (See photo) The nachos were a huge disappointment, a large plate of corn chips and a small dollop of some minced beef concoction smothered in an overly sweet sauce thickened liberally with cornstarch The macaroni cheese, had three cheeses in it, but we could not identify what they were. The crispy" bacon was no where near crispy in fact if anything was a little under-cooked. The macaroni cheese was a little runny

Great service with friendly staff. Egg n bacon pies could prove highly addictive.Update: I'm back in Greymouth 5 months later and egg n bacon pies are still the best ever.

Terrible service. I ordered the penne pasta that is $10.50 to takeaway. I said it was to takeaway. Was then asked if it was to have there or takeaway, I reiterated it was to takeaway.I also bought a 250ml can of drink that was $5 which is ludicrous. The total amount I was tried to charge for was $16.40. I knew it was wrong so had to let the staff know as should've been $15.50. The container for the pasta wasn't even filled completely and when I said I'd like to put the can of drink back, I was still charged 15.50 as staff didn't listen. So I gave up repeating myself and just took the drink.I won't be going back.

Stopped in for takeaway coffees, so wasn't there for long, but enjoyed our brief visit! Friendly staff, quick service, and the cabinet food looked good.

Awesome coffee and friendly service (well, it’s the West Coast so being friendly is something they do best) in this sunny corner cafe in downtown Greymouth. Try their Eggs Benedict with salmon as a morning starter. It’ll set you up for your day’s adventures on the Coast.
