I have found in the past that surveyors will often go about things in their own way, not read my work briefs and show little interest in the particular outputs I need. I use Recon on every job I can, essentially because they do the opposite. My clients don't pay me for cookie-cutter solutions and I can't have subcontractors that rely on this approach either. Jeremy is very focused on the particular information that is of value, with the approach informed by required outputs. He reads my briefs, discusses them with me, and does the work promptly for a really reasonable price. It is a relief for me to have him and his team on my projects. We (at AUT) contracted Recon to scan the surface of a 30 m Satellite Antenna used for Radio Astronomy and Geodesy on several occasions.
