I am very disappointed with these aids my left one had to be replaced within a few months. I have also had to have my charger replaced. I have had hearing aids for 13 years and have never had a problem before.

not very helpful today they seemed more interested in applying their rules than sorting my problem.More flexibility would have been appreciated.

My Resound Linx Quatro hearing aid (right ear) has gone back twice for reset/retune within the first year and has now stopped working altogether. I wll therefore highly recommend ANY OTHER brand of heaing aid but Resound.
