BAY HONDA

NEVER AGAIN !Extremely rude staff, lack of communication skills. We went to BAY HONDA for the service of our Generator (1.5 years old). After the service: we have tried to run the engine a few times, it just didn't start and we brought it back. After a few hours, i got a text that they repaired the generator and the cost is $909 !! They didn't even think to call us & get a confirmation of the huge amount for a fuel pump (while generator is still under warranty !) They didn't even check it if we still have the warranty.I talked to Honda Outdoors, we will try to get a refund because of our warranty but for anyone who reads this review. NEVER BAY HONDA TE PUKE AGAIN !

I took my quad there due to starting issues. They said the problem was the starter clutch and replaced it. It still wouldnt start so they told me to take it to an auto electrician. They found Honda had squashed some electrical wires in the fly wheel area when the clutch was replaced. Would I use them again?? Never
