Thanks Goodnest and Maximilian! You guys were great. Fast and easy to book and pay. Maximilian (our plumber) was quick, efficient and very tentative to our needs. Customer service was amazing, kept in contact and always transparent the whole way through. Would definitely recommend and use both parties! Thanks again.

Thank you for a great job done! We needed an urgent job done and found the entire process of booking a job online very efficient and simple to do. Great response time on the online chat too. Our handyman Nigel was wonderful. Very professional and completed a very thorough job. We will definitely be using Goodnest again.

I used Goodnest gardening services for 4 years. I was thoroughly happy with their services. I had a fantastic gardner. The problem was that she left. I was told that Goodnest would contact me to say who my new gardner would be and the date. I have heard nothing for 2 months. I tried to contact them. The message on the phone said the staff were working from home now because of Covid and to write an email and they would contact me within an hour. No answer - 3 emails and over a week waiting. I feel really disappointed and angry. I was happy with their services - I thought I was a valued customer - but absolutely no contact and no human on the phone. Has anyone tried to get hold of them? My grass is growing, the beds full of weeds. I now have the problem in finding a new gardner. Quite honestly, I'm very upset about their attitude..

Don't under any circumstances use Goodnest for your home cleaning. Over the past 4 months, I have- not been informed an additional $10 charge/clean would be added if paying by credit card- been overcharged (charged for 3 hours cleaning when only 2 hours was done)- not received promised credits due to poor cleaning- been charged for cancelled cleans where more than 24 hours notice was given, and- received no responses despite emailing them 5 times and using their online messaging 'system' 3 times over the past 10 days to rectify the situation.I don't usually review businesses but this one is so bad, I felt compelled to warn others. It definitely doesn't deserve 1 star!!

The cleaners were great but I have emailed 4 times now over five months asking to cancel the account as I have moved, and they do not make the change and keep charging me.

Goodnest do not do the actual services offered. It is all private contractors and Goodnest is merely a way to connect the service providers with the clients, for this they take a fee from the providers. For this fee you get: no customer service, no responses from the company, an app that sometimes gives you notifications and sometimes doesn’t. An app that doesn’t match the website. The list goes on. I’m sure most of the contractors are hard working people who do a great job but this website sux. If you’re reading this Goodnest ( which I’m sure you’re not as I don’t think you can read actual letters only numbers- the ones you happily take out of my bank account) you have ruined what was a great resource for Clients and contractors, I am only writing this review after months of trying to contact you to get my queries answered. There are many other providers on the market now, I will be taking my business elsewhere. And to any other contractors thinking of using this site, don’t.

Fabulous service. We had all of our (very long) lawns done in a timely and meticulous manner. The gardener himself was punctual and friendly. The help staff were quick to respond to emails and happy to answer any and all questions I had. We have booked them in to return every 2 weeks. Highly recommend :)

Good nest from a service providers POV is poor to say the least. We're members for a year or two and very little work ever comes from this service. The job information is poor and often inaccurate or nothing at all.9 out 10 people do not reply or decline quotes or there job details are way off, locations are in accurate and generally listings are tyre kickers and low value.Maybe we're not the lowest price but you do it yourself if you cant pay market rates, labor rates have increase 20% in last 2 years and yet people want professional cleaning with (and no idea about hygiene cleaning) for $30 an hour.Maybe 10 years ago or use a company that doesn't pay staff legally.Compared to other service platforms we have moved on from this platform as a waste of our time and to the job listers who are cant communicate thanks for wasting our time, maybe that's why we don't bother quoting as its a one way convo and costs us time and money to do so.

This here below has happened to me - no cleaner, no contact and money deducted! Please answer my emails and refund my money!I am trying to contact you as I have been paying for cleans which have not been happening. NOBODY has returned my multiple emails. My cleaner wont return my texts. Your phone number is disconnected. HAVE YOU GONE OUT OF BUSINESS! I have a direct debit set up which I am unable to cancel unless I contact my bank. Please look through your emails and respond to me!

These guys have been fabulous in terms of meeting my requests and the quality of work delivered. Have dealt with Paul over email to make some arrangements that were out of the ordinary and he happily did so without confusion or dealy and was always prompt to respond. Quite rare in today's world for this level of service.The cleaner, Kursty also met my mum's very high standards of cleaning which means she's really good so it's great to know she was in good hands.Great customer service and delivery of services requested. Highly recommend.
