They are very slick at getting students signed up for residency, but the ongoing support/communication has been very poor. We sent an enquiry on 7 October on how to go about recovering student belongings from the halls residence when they are outside of Auckland and unable to travel back - still not received a response as at 19 October. Updates/communication during COVID have also been few and far between for halls residents.
