So disappointed :( Everything except the Biltong we bought was expired. Rusks, Nicknacks, Big Corn Bites. Haven’t checked the Bovril but I assume it has also expired. If there was a sign up saying things have expired I did not see it. We tasted everything and they are all stale. A waste of money. On a positive note the selection is great.

Really interesting South African products. They have quite a nice range of different food stuff, including ready to eat ones. I grabbed a peppermint crisp and a milktart for dessert as well as some biltong to try. The milktart was really nice. I wasn't a big fan of the base of the peppermint crisp but it was still nice. The biltong had a nice beefy flavour but didn't have much of a spiced taste to it. I did just get teh orignial one but they have a large selection including venison.

Just back from a 20km round trip to this shop. We are new to New Zealand and this came up as our closest SA shop. We felt like some Sunday biltong and treats. Unfortunately the Bovril, both packets of crisps, and rusks are all past their best before dates. Unfortunately crisps and rusks taste much better the fresher they are. Very disappointed as its too far to travel back for a refund. The biltong and dry wors is fresh and tasty, but I'm annoyed how much I spent on the rest. I suggest checking the product dates here to avoid a similar situation.
