It was advertised as a Company providing a 24 hour service and we did not get a response to our phone message left on Saturday afternoon until Monday morning. By that time we had purchased a new Television.

Had a very excellent service from the tech who came out to look at my Panasonic 4k tv, the problem was a NO SERVICE message comes up intermittent.Removed a old aerial from the roof, leaving the uhf.On resetting the tv ,seems to fix . We had interference with signal.The tech was very interested in the problem. And we learned

I call for a guy to come around to my house three times .i had one guy said i well call you on Friday to confirm with me . That was three weeks ago. I email them again with so many excuses and poor customer service so i well look elsewhere for professional service that you can feel confidence with ... not recommended stay far far away ...

We used a contractor to aerial masters to install a UHF antenna. Final invoice came in over double what was quoted with no communication before proceeding with the installation that quote was not accurate. When we queried the invoice were told either pay it or he would come back around and remove the antenna. Total cowboy

Would not recommend the contractor. Ever since he came to look at our aerial which he was asked to change and didn't, we have had 3 months of never ending issues. He came back a couple of times when we had channels missing but now we have no TV as he seems he has no idea and blames the TV everytime. But we have 2 TV's....go figure.

I purchased Freeview to replace Sky. Service was awesome. Came the next day after I called. Technician knew his stuff and put the aerial up and also put it thru the dish on the roof to get better reception. I had rung another company and was told that couldn't be done and that I also needed to buy a tv with freeview in it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.

Installed a UHF aerial, ditched SKY multi room and split Freeview to other rooms. Great service! Friendly, courteous, efficient and respectful! Thank you very much Barry and Joel!

I found this service incredibly poor. The technician I dealt with was incredibly pushy to the point that I felt uncomfortable. All he seemed concerned about was his $70 call out fee. We were advised the most expensive option that after further investigation we discovered wasn't even necessary. Standing outside our property for 60sec telling us we need another aerial, charged us $70.00! When calling to query this with management, I did not get a call back. Dodgy.
