Great location however, the room was freezing cold with nothing but little oil fin heaters struggling to get the room warm. Room service was just non existent with the lady and gentlemen who were doing the cleaning spending most of their time fighting with each other in another room. They did however walk in after 5pm offering to do a service but we were relaxing after a full on day. Would most likely look elsewhere on our next trip.

If you are unlucky to be given room 8c hard luck. We stayed for a 3 day weekend to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The room was noisy. The curtains were degusting great big stains. There was a large stain in the corner that looked like a leak from next door. Stains on the carpet. The sink in the bathroom had a large crack in it. Only one bedside light worked the other had a bulb that must of been a 2 watt. The dish water looked like it had never been cleaned out.We mentioned the fault to the reception staff. To date we have had no correspondence from the hotel.

Great location.Room was spacious.The only problem was the road noise during the middle of the night as some of the windows were Slightly open and you couldn't close them.

Quest are consistent in their delivery of a certain standard, so you know what to expect. This hotel is tired, and somewhat shabby. However it's clean and well located. Unfortunately the age of the building detracts in many ways. No double glazing means street and construction noise is heard. Limited 'modern' conveniences. (Trying to charge the phones). Bathroom had no extraction.

Clean rooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms but....leather couches in living area in a very poor state and needed to keep curtains closed because the draft from the closed windows meant you couldn't sit there without freezing. Walls all cracked... in a poor state. Place needs some serious renovation or repair but convenient position for my work. Receptionist was always very helpful and pleasant.

Rooms were great, good lighting and wonderful bathrooms.The elevators gave oddly charming vibes akin to crossing the threshold to the mists of silent hill.

Location on main drag, with plenty of shops, restaurants bank's. Road parking very limited. Rooms absolutely clean and spacious. Furniture is in very good condition. Enjoyable stay. Definitely will call again.
