Negligent staff, though they're not bad people. They just don't pay attention when attaching trailers, jotting down accurate departure times, giving you what you paid for, or doing their job properly. They caused us a huge, extremely dangerous hassle for what should have been a quick in and out. The trailer was great though

Hired chairs and specified they were for an indoor christening. They were delivered absolutely filthy! They took them back to clean them and they came back still filthy.I spent an hour cleaning chairs just before the event began. No refund offered, very annoyed.
