We replaced our carpet throughout the house and installed laminate flooring in kitchen/family area with Jacobsen products. Tim was super attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through which products would suit our needs. He was flexible with timings and had the installation completed on time and started within 4 weeks of confirming our order.
