I live in Tauranga and shop at Fancy That for gifts to send overseas. Staff are always helpful, offer excellent service and I use their loyalty scheme. It is a lovely shop.

We visited last week and were very disappointed to hear the workers complaining that they'd only made $300 that day from the cruise ship. We only ended up buying one item and then spent our money elsewhere. Maybe keep your opinions until after the customers have left and offer some service, and you might make more sales!
