Labtests

Web site says they close at 4 pm, I got there before 4 and they were closed. I took time off work to get there and it was a waste of time. Next time the contract is up for grabs heres hoping we get a better run enterprise.

I've NEVER had a better blood test experience!! the lady who did my blood test was amazing at dealing with my difficult veins and got the tubes filled within 10 seconds! completely painless and such a calm experience. I will be going here for now on for all my blood tests, I wanna shout out the lady who did my test but I don't remember her name, but shout out to her!!!

During business time of the day the staff takes time off!!! 20 people in the waiting room and some outside and no one from the staff are seen around.Labtest need to pickup their game!Terrible service and facilities!

Today I had my first visit to this Labtests clinic. It was my first blood test in NZ after many years. I hate having blood tests after a bad experience many years ago. Nobody was on reception when I arrived, but there were clear instructions about picking a number and scanning it to the connected computer (for a waiting time). There were a maximum of four blood takers on (with one that must have come back in from lunch while I was waiting). Quite a few people waiting (eight people before me), but they worked very quickly. I was called by the lovely Filipino male. He was the best! Very quick, professional and a great sense of humour. I could hardly feel the needle going in and he didn't fuss about at all. Just in, collected what he needed and straight out again. Plaster on and ready to go! I asked him if he was Filipino, which he confirmed he was. I think he was guapo" too!!! Thank you for your wonderful service today and keep up the good work. I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes?"

Came here for the first time and the staff were nice and fast even though it was pretty busy when I went. Everything was nice and clean, staff were seeing patients fast and my experience was great. This establishment is the best compared to the rest.

My first time at Howick Labtests and I was so impressed. Clean facilities and despite there being quite a few people in the waiting room, everyone was being seen extremely quickly. Big, big thank you to Ireneo who was making me laugh and put me at ease straight away.

Had a great experience here! The grab your number and scan system is so efficient. I'm not great with blood tests but the gentleman I had taking my blood made me feel comfortable and we had a great chat. Thanks team!
