The Photo Studio - Ormiston

I had a passport photo taken before and though the photo turned out good, the asian staff's attitude was very appalling! It's as if she does not want to be bothered from what she was doing. She gave me such bad vibes. I've never been so glad to just get out of that place. Never coming back!!

Ordering prints online from the Photo Studio is a frustrating process. I have done so twice. Both times I did not receive updates on the printing process. Both times, I waited for several days, only to find out when I finally rang, that no one had even processed my order. I got told that all prints were done at Manukau, so I needed to contact Manukau. When I rang Manukau, I was told that prints were done at Ormiston, since I ordered for pick up from Ormiston. The Ormiston staff uploaded my photographs to Manukau incorrectly both times. I wanted my landscape photos cropped into portrait photos. The second time, I even left a note in capital letters specifying this is what was required. These specifications were ignored.The only redeeming factor is that their prints are good quality and reasonably priced. They also reprinted the photos printed in incorrect orientation free of charge. However, their service and organisation definitely leaves much to be desired. They wasted my time and communication was challenging.

We can't thank you enough for your friendly, helpful, superfast and quality service with great communication and reasonable prices. We had a last minute urgent canvas request due to a funeral and they delivered for our family faster than usual. Highly recommend to all!

A fantastic organisation! Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. Even their boss Jacky was so friendly and helpful. I had an urgent order that needs to be picked up the next day, and I've called up many places but they couldn't do it. Then I went to The Photo studio and they called up Jacky and informed him about my request, even though it was a late request, Jacky still called and told me he can do it. Next morning the photo/canvas was ready to be picked up. I was amazed as Jacky was on holiday with his family and yet still managed to sort it out for me. I would recommend them unreservedly.
