I moved to Kaitaia a few months ago and have found the lovely ladies to be very nice, i especially like Neha the store manager, she has done my nails every couple of weeks, I get the shellac done. They also offer threading, every time I leave there I feel beautiful.

The place is dirty and service is slow. I booked an appointment to get my nails done and had to wait 30mins while one woman treated 3 other clients at the same time and then when it was time for my appointment she got her trainee to do my nails when I'd booked with her. Poor service and understaffed.

Available for walk-ins. Great customer service. Prices are reasonable.

Before my experience(s) I was weary because the prices didn’t cost me and arm and a leg so I wasn’t sure how good the job would be.I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED and am everytime I leave the shop.Nilu does an AMAZING job.She’s caring, professional and really really good at giving you value and quality.I’ve been consistently seeing Nilu at Viva for over a year now and I wouldn't chose any other place locally.She’s genuinely one of the best people I have been to.And I’ve tried places around country.I would recommend Viva for any self care/beauty treatment.Wether you’re local or visiting town - Viva will hands down have you walking out with a fresh new feeling.This is coming from a mama of 2 little boys.

I just spent $70 for my daughter to get her nails done and what a DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL JOB! Nails were rough around the edges. Polish was not spread evenly and you can see parts on the nails that are thick with polish and other parts that are not. The polish is lumpy and uneven. I would never use this place again for nails, they are a rip off and their professional work is well below expectations. The ladies in the malls in Auckland do a way better job with more professionalism and their work is beautiful compared to this butchered job. I actually want my money back. My daughter friends also had their nails done and their nails are just as bad. Don't use them for nail jobs.They did honour my dissatisfaction and re-did my daughters nails as well as the other girls who had the same problem. Apparently the lady was sick. I am just wanting to say that they fixed the problem free of charge however, I wouldn't recommend them for nails. All their other services are fine though.

Wax service is very professional. Haven’t had any issues, if I did I would recommend saying something to the manager and she’ll fix you up. Always have a good chat while I’m there. Nice ladies.
