I have only praise, in particular for Mark Sutherland, for the due care and attention I received in my quest to find a storage unit. Although I was on a waiting list, I didn't feel that I was forgotten and a storage unit was soon available for me. Thank you, thank you.

Easy to find and great staff

Ease of use, and customer service was outstanding - Mark is such a nice guy and so easy to deal with.. the Security system is clearly top of the line. Although these are slightly more expensive on paper you should let that dissuade you. The facilities are amazing and fantastically located.I really didn't think that customer service was that important for a storage facility until I met Mark - so easy to deal with!

We've had a very helpful induction into the system and although we've only been on site two or three times everything has worked really well.

I am very impressed with this facility and Mark the manager. I left him a message which he returned promptly and met me onsite the next day. Within two days I had my storage unit, which is brand new and centrally located. The security system is easy to use with coordinated gate and roller door access to the indoor facility.

This is my first time using a storage unit and SafeGuard Self Storage has well exceeded my expectations so far. Mark was an absolute delight and super helpful. My partner was in touch with Mark over the phone in the morning and then I went to go check out the unit in the afternoon and sort it all out. Everything was a super smooth process from start to finish. The paperwork didn't even feel like it took that long because Mark was friendly and kept an enjoyable conversation going! The unit itself is great, exactly what we needed. Affordable pricing (especially at the moment if you sign up for 3 months you get the first month for $1 + $20 set up cost!). Really convenient central location but still tucked away enough from the main areas. Very secure with electric fencing, a coded gate, alarm systems for each unit and security cameras. I'll definitely be recommending SafeGuard to anyone in need of safe storage.

Was so lucky to get a unit in such short notice. Though bigger than required due to bookings, my unit was large, clean and super secure. Mark the manager really helpful by phone, email and in person.Highly recommend safeguard in Sydenham
