Appalling customer service! And they lie. Made promises they couldn't keep. Did not keep in contact even after promising to do so. Dropped washing machine on the DOORSTEP! Said they phoned numerous times yet no missed calls on cellphone (number they were told to use) and only one missed call on landline with no message left. Daughter was home to let them in! Closed circuit camera shows them arriving, dropping off machine then buggering off. Need to work on your customer service guys!

Bought a Haier Freestanding Oven from Nichols. The oven was installed two days after purchase by a very knowledgeable young James. I was delighted that they took my old oven away along with all the packaging from the new oven, which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend buying local from this Store.
