Totally agree with other reviews. Absolutely hopeless to deal with. Will not answer their phones. Leave messages never get back to you. Finally spoke to a person who had no idea and promised that someone would get back to me straight away . Now been two weeks and waiting.I hope they loose their Government contract .

MoveMe Health is honestly the worst place ever, my 83yr old Mother has been waiting for her orthotic shoes since March 2022, I rang and they said we'll get back to you but they never do! I have emailed with the same response, I have even been to the rooms and they say they'll be in touch, but no response as yet, absolutely disgusting my poor Mother can't walk properly without her special shoes.

Very bad service .I dont think these people are doing any work.its been 3 months and i have not received my son's splints .And he is walking with old tight splints with pain.Pathetic service. Really disappointed ,they dont even respond to phone calls or emails.

Hopeless, cant believe they take governmental funding and dont really provide a service. They are impossible to contact, I turned up for appointment they had no record of and they lost my shoes. When u do get to see someone I don't really feel listened to

Impossible to get hold of by phone or email. I was told that AFOs I had ordered had arrived and would be couriered but this hasn’t happened and I am unable to contact them for an explanation. George Foote (Dr.)

Agree with what has already been said, they are absolutely hopeless. Have been trying to get an appointment for 3 months and despite numerous phone calls and emails still no response. Beyond me how they remain in business. Went to another provider and had an immediate reply.

I had an amazing experience at Orthotics centre .Roshan pare was my consultant who did an amazing job after so many years I was able to walk without support.would like to recommend him for any person who need orthotic support
