Wow! I wish I was commending the place but I have never had such poor service for a bottomless bunch. $1000+ table booked months in advance, we felt unwelcome and were made to feel like it was our doing. Poor food and watered down cocktails. Would have loved to have tested the jugs of 2% cocktails.

Came along with some friends for a bottomless brunch and had an incredible time. The venue and staff were amazing, we even had someone on their first shift serving us who did a stellar job.I’d definitely recommend Mercury Room for any events and especially for a bottomless lunch!

Booked a bottomless brunch for 4 people the price was slightly more then the other bottomless brunches in Hamilton but when we arrived apparently no booking was made ? Unprofessional. food was small amounts they gave us small little bite sized food and only 3 of each when we had 4 people pizza had small amount of cheese and little amount of red sauce that is it on some thin bread fries and it was cheap preparation drinks were very basic 55$pp could have done better

Everything at the mercury room is amazing. We were fortunate enough to score a spot at the long lunch. This is the best bottomless in Hamilton, the service was incredible, glasses were never empty. The food is DELICIOUS, and the people are amazing, not to mention the music. Highly reccomend, 12/10. YEAH THE MERCURY ROOM

Weren’t enough seats for our group for bottomless (which was booked), had to ask staff for chairs.Had to ask 3 separate times to order a non alcoholic drink, because the first 2 times nothing arrived.Group of 24ish people, we received 4 small thin pizzas and two bowls of fries, one end of the table received a platter, we asked whether another platter was coming as that is what was advertised as we were told yes, so half of the table didn’t bother grabbing from the existing platter. Minutes later we are told they made a mistake by giving us 4 pizzas instead of 2 so we will not be getting a second platter. All in all, I spent $55 for 2 pieces of pizza and a lemon, lime and bitters (I do not drink alcohol so this was the only drink I had). Will not be going back or recommending

I love the idea of a bottomless brunch. The food was not to my taste, and neither were the cocktails. In saying that the pizza gets a gold star.The staff was excellent, friendly and hard working.It was reasonably priced, thanks

Hosted my mates surprise birthday party here, we all were lucky enough to grab a spot for a Saturday Long Lunch. I gotta say, everything about the experience was absolutely perfect! The staff, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, everything! As someone who’s worked in the hospitality scene for 11 years, cheffed for 7-8, I gotta say, I couldn’t have picked a better spot to host this. Their coordination with the surprise aspect was absolutely outstanding, they helped keep everything an amazing experience for my friend. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much Mercury Room. Keep being awesome and keep hospitality alive in NZ! Loves up ❤️

Just wanted to leave a review for bottomless brunch I attended last Saturday. Just wanted to say, this was the best bottomless brunch I’ve been to and I’ve been to heaps! The place was fully booked out and we were a big group to cater to but the staff were outstanding. Drinks came out fast food was so good! Staff were super polite and had amazing service (despite some people in our group being a bit too cheeky). But just wanted to say thank you so much guys for a great time!
