Contacted this company for my parents who were having issues with their cylinder. The team came today and replaced it swiftly and were so kind. Very responsive and great with keeping in touch or updating us. They also helped us with finding an electrician and builder to finish the job. Highly recommend them.

I've used Jason Brown Plumbing for gas work and general plumbing over the last few years. They are always super responsive, do a good job at a reasonable price, and are really good to deal with, both during the booking and also onsite. I recommend them.

The TPR valve on our outdoor hot water cyclinder was corroded and leaking and needed replacing.I contacted this company directly by phone on a Tuesday to organise a time and day for them to replace it.The Admin lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and got back to me about the repair via email the same day !She emailed me their fees/rates and let me know when the bill would be due etc.She was also able to organise for one of the plumbers that works for them (who happens to live in our surburb) to come around first thing the next day.The plumber arrived promptly the next day and did a great job.Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Jason came same day and talked through the options to replace a leaking hot water cylinder. Nothing was simple, but he quickly and clearly assessed the situation and helped with advice. The team were here promptly to install a very neat and tidy job with little impact. They just got on with it. Great service, thank you.

First time using on recommendation. Had an issue with the glass shower frame coming away from the wall. Not a big job in the scheme of things but Jason organised Bathroom Solutions to come and check out the issue and then arranged for the repairs to happen. Great communication, Jason and Shevon have been really helpful and responsive. Ian from Bathroom Solutions was also great to deal with, on time and professional.

I submitted a request to fix my leaky shower facet and within the hour I was contacted to advise it could be done later in the day. They asked for a photo of the problem to help know what they're dealing with so that was easy to send. The plumber rang soon after to ask a couple questions and immediately knew what the problem was so went straight to the store to grab the parts before heading around. The plumber was very friendly and completed the job quickly. I am very happy with the result and speedy resolution. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

From the time they answered my email query I knew I was in good hands. They worked with me to find a time they could arrive. They called the day before and called before the plumber turned up on the day. He was polite and explained everything, got on with the job AND took his shoes off at the door. This is going to be my go to plumber. They have EXCEPTIONAL service and well worth the money.
