Food Art Science
I saw Monika demonstrate her Spinach and Kale Saag at the Christchurch Vegan Expo. I used to make a similar type of dish but it seemd to be missing something. Since learning from Monika this has now become a firm favourite in our household. It is one my daughter would eat every night given half a chance. Monika has a way of teaching that makes cooking fun and simple but there is alot of flavour. I would absolutely recommend any of her cooking classes.

Our boys joined one of Monika’s classes for the first time over the school holidays. Monika was very patient working with the children and made it an enjoyable cooking experience for them!

Monika made us a very nice vegan curry. It was quite mild which suits us and had a delightful cumen after taste. We try to eat vegetarian at least once a week as I suppose it hard to break old habits of cooking meats for protein. Keep up the good work Monika.

My son really enjoyed his classes with Monika, learning a different style of cooking. Monika has a friendly, fun and patient style of teaching and is very welcoming. I would recommend Food Art Science if you are interested in Indian vegetarian/Vegan cooking.
